The basics
Washing, booking and pricing.
What is a mobile truck wash?
Instead of sending your trucks to a wash bay, we bring the wash rig to your depot or yard and wash them where they're parked. There's no queue, no trip across town and no driver taken off the road.
What areas of Brisbane do you cover?
We wash at depots across Brisbane. If you're not sure we reach your depot, put your suburb in the quote or booking form and we'll confirm.
When do you wash? Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. We're available 24/7, day or night, weekdays and weekends. There's no set wash time: we work around your runs and book the wash for whenever suits you and your trucks.
What types of trucks do you wash?
Prime movers, medium and heavy rigid trucks, semi-trailers (tautliner, flat top, drop deck and refrigerated), full B-double combinations and tankers. We also do trailer-only washes.
Do you do refrigerated trailer washouts?
Yes. We do interior washouts for refrigerated trailers, with an optional food-grade sanitise step for refrigerated and food freight trailers.
What add-ons do you offer?
On top of the exterior wash we offer refrigerated trailer interior washout, food-grade sanitise, engine and turntable degrease, cab interior clean, tyre shine and undercarriage spray.
How much does a mobile truck wash cost?
Prices include GST and depend on the vehicle: prime mover $220–$250, B-double $350–$400 and reefer washout $480–$550 per wash. Fleet contracts save 10–15%. The range allows for size, soil level and distance, and we confirm your price before we start. One-off washes have a minimum call-out. Full prices and add-ons are on our Pricing page.
Can I book a one-off wash?
Yes. For 1 to 5 trucks, use the quick booking form and we'll come back to you to confirm a time and your quote. A minimum call-out applies to one-off washes.
How do I book?
For 1 to 5 trucks, use the Book a Wash form. For 6 trucks or more, or for regular washes, request a fleet quote. You can also call or text us on 0422 267 577.
Do my drivers need to bring the trucks anywhere?
No. The trucks stay at your depot or yard and we come to them, so nobody loses time driving to a wash bay.
Do I need a big fleet to use Sunstate?
No. We wash for everyone from owner-drivers with a single truck to fleets of 100 or more. One truck gets the same on-site wash as a whole yard.

Fleet contracts
Regular washes for your fleet.
How does a fleet washing contract work?
We agree a regular wash schedule, weekly or fortnightly, and which vehicles and add-ons are included. Our crew then brings the wash rig to your depot on the agreed schedule, at whatever time of day suits your operation.
How are fleet contracts billed?
All the washes across your fleet go on one invoice each month, so there's less paperwork to chase.
Will the same crew wash our trucks each time?
Yes. Fleet contracts get a consistent crew who learn your yard, your trucks and your routine.
How big does our fleet need to be?
Fleet quotes are for 6 trucks or more, up to 100 and beyond. We work with transport companies, fleet and depot managers, owner-drivers with small fleets, and refrigerated and food logistics operators.
Can refrigerated trailer washouts be part of a contract?
Yes. Refrigerated trailer interior washouts and the food-grade sanitise can be added to a fleet contract along with the other add-ons.
